    August is a magical time: still warm and beautiful, with forests full of berries and mushrooms. The vacation season is coming to an end, making the islands peaceful and quiet.
  • What is a Retreat?
    A retreat is a temporary withdrawal from everyday life and society for inner work and self-discovery.

    Daily yoga sessions to strengthen your body

Accommodation
  • A cozy and comfortable tourist center
    Located in the heart of the Finnish Archipelago National Park in the southwest of Finland.

    Facilities include:
    • A private beach
    • Forest trails
    • Several saunas
    • A viewing tower with panoramic views
    In your free time, you can rent a bicycle, boat, kayak, SUP board, or simply wander the forest in search of berries.
  • Houses
    We will stay in wooden cottages with full amenities right in front of the beach.

    Accommodation is arranged for 1–2 people per room. Each house has 2 bedrooms, so 2-4 people in a home with shared kitchen, shower, toilet, living room, and terrace.

Years ago, I dedicated my life to exploring tools for living in harmony with myself and the world around me.

I will be happy to share with you
  • 19 years of personal yoga and meditation practice

  • Facilitator of women’s circles, dance, sound, and art therapy sessions in Russia and Finland
I’m also a devoted advocate of healthy nutrition and lifestyle!

  • Price includes:

    • Accommodation in a 2-bedroom house (1–2 people per room)
    • Vegetarian meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
    • Yoga twice a day
    • Sunrise and sunset meditations

  • Additional costs:
    • Tickets to Helsinki
    • Medical insurance
    • Transfer from Helsinki (Turku) to the Island (this will depend on the group, usually we have enough cars to drive all together to the island, so we share the diesel costs among the passengers)
    • Rent of SUPs, boats, bikes, and extra food at the restaurant

    7 days / 6 nights

    The first and last days of the program are partially spent traveling. We can still adjust the schedule to your flight schedule if possible.
    You can book your tickets to arrive and depart on these dates. You're also welcome to arrive earlier or leave later—we’ll be happy to help you plan your extended stay.
  • Accomodation
    We will stay in wooden 4-person cottages with all amenities, located by the sea.
    Accommodation is in rooms for 1–2 people.
    Single occupancy is possible, subject to availability.
    You can also bring your tent and live in it, there are all the facilities for campers!

  • Transfer
    The journey to the island is part of the magic.
    The most convenient way to get there is by car, and we usually organize carpools among participants. Public transport is also an option. The trip takes around 5 hours — yes, it's a bit of a journey, but it’s the beginning of the retreat itself.
    Breathtaking landscapes, quiet roads, and unexpected little stops along the way will slowly lead us into a different rhythm — to a place of power, where nature meets stillness and transformation begins.

  • I am traveling alone, is that ok?
    The retreat program naturally encourages stepping away from constant communication, so most participants will be coming on their own.
    Still, you’ll find yourself among people who came here with intentions similar to yours. Chances are, you’ll leave with new friends—kindred spirits who resonate with you in values and interests.
  • Is there enough time for reset
    In places like this, a day feels twice as long. Silence, nature, and the practices will immerse you in a state of calm and peace—whether you want it or not.
    The retreat offers plenty of time for a full reset and deep rest. Proven and guaranteed!
  • Any diets?
    You are free to follow any diet you prefer, but during the program, we primarily offer a plant-based menu. This type of nutrition supports cleansing and rejuvenation of the body.
    There is a wonderful restaurant on the premises that even attracts visitors from neighboring islands! The menu is varied, and the food is delicious. If you want you can always order something extra. If you have any special requests or dietary restrictions, please let us know!
  • I never did yoga before. Is that ok?
    This is fine! Almost 50% of participants are new to yoga. The practice is designed so that beginners easily find their rhythm.
    All sessions can be adapted for both beginners and more experienced practitioners. No one will be bored :)
  • Can I come for shorter or longer stay?
    I recommend completing the full program for the best results. However, a shorter program is possible if there are enough participants interested, and if you can arrange your own transportation to and from the island (it’s best to discuss this with the organizer).
